Client Brief

The client had an existing 11kW solar array, and whilst having a high-power consumption in the winter and evenings via his ground source heat pump, he had historically been exporting over 60% of his power to the grid, offering him no benefits.
He asked us to design a system that was capable of storing enough power to feed the house with electric, including high demand items such as Ground Source.

Scheme Design

• 1 x 11kW Hybrid Lithium-Ion Storage system incorporating
• 7 x 2.5kW Lithium Ion Batteries
• 2 x SolaX Hybrid Solar Inverters/ Chargers
• EPS (Emergency Power Supply for the event of Grid Failure)
•WiFi System Monitoring

Financial Benefits

The client reports that he is already saving on average £80 per month by having the system fitted.
