From the first tree to the twenty-thousandth
When Rural and Country Energy joined the Switch2Zero platform in November 2023, we made a commitment: every installation we complete would contribute to something beyond the home. Not as a marketing gesture, but as a genuine, verifiable act.
Today, that commitment has reached 20,741 trees planted. It is a number that represents thousands of customer decisions – to upgrade a heating system, to invest in solar, to take a step toward a lower-carbon home – and each one of those decisions has left a mark on the natural world.
